From the Himalayas, with Love

My sister Claire got Jennifer and me this giant block of salt from the Himalayas to cook with.  At first, I thought that maybe you should just shave off little bits of it as seasonings, but then I read the instructions.  YOU JUST COOK WITH THE WHOLE DAMN THING!

Shrimp, meet giant slab of 500 degree salt!

Delicious, unless you let it cook too long, in which case, salty-licious.
